Submission Guidelines
All submissions are welcome. The decision of selecting materials for publication will be made solely by Waterloo House. The deadline for submissions is Friday, May 30, 2008.
- Please send a copy of the letter or email you are submitting for consideration
- Waterloo House is not responsible for any lost or unreturned original documents.
- No submissions will be returned
- You may submit a maximum of two (2) letters or emails
- Please include the name, rank and service unit of the letter or email writer along with the station of duty at the time the letter or email was written.
- Please provide us with your name, address, phone number and email address in the event we should need to contact you. Please see our Privacy Notice for information on how we protect all information you provide us.
- Do not include any artwork unless it is integral to the letter
- You may submit via email, fax or standard mail
- If submitting via email, please send the document as an attachment to an email addressed to: editor@waterloohousepublishing.com
- If submitting via fax, please fax the letter or printed email with your contact information to 281-275-4152

If your submitted email or letter is chosen for publication, you will receive two copies of Letters Home at no charge.
Waterloo House LLC will retain all reprint rights including all edition and all possible subsidiary and promotional uses in connection with this publication.
